CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Requests for cancellation of registration must be sent by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds will be subject to the following conditions:
Participants who cancel on or before April 13, 2023 (12:pm CT TIME) will receive a full refund
minus an administration fee of 50 € per person plus applicable taxes.
Participants who cancel between April 13 and May 2, 2023 (12:pm CT TIME) will receive a
refund of 50% of the registration fee plus an administration fee of 50 € per person plus
No refunds will be eligible after May 2, 2023 (midnight CET time).
If the event is postponed or cancelled by the organizers, the registration fee will be refunded in
full without penalty.
It is possible to transfer your registration to another person. Please send your request by email
to email@example.com before May 20, 2023 (midnight CET time)
